14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a full refund. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned with the original invoice
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at hello@itshowitravel.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return in your email
- Mail your return with the original invoice to:

- Get your refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@itshowitravel.com with photos of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
